Giuseppe Miroglio is the Chairman of the Miroglio Group. He has been CEO of the Group from December 2006 until July 2013. He is also Chairman at Miroglio Textile and Deputy Chairman at Miroglio Fashion and at the Turkish-Italian joint venture Ayaydin-Miroglio.
He joined the Company in 1997 leading the Miroglio Fashion UK office in London. He was personally involved in developing the commercial area and strengthening the relationships with the most important English department stores. Two years later, he came back to Italy and became member of the Board of Directors of Miroglio S.p.A.
In 1999, he started working on the Elena Mirò brand, one of the most relevant brands of the company’s portfolio, in order to develop the retail network. In 2003, he became the Managing Director of Miroglio Fashion, focusing his attention on the brands' strategy.
He is currently shareholder and member of the Board of the following companies:
- H-Farm, the leading start-up accelerator in Italy, recently included in the list of the top 20 accelerators in Europe;
- RCR Cristalleria Italiana, Italy’s leading crystal manufacturer and one of the largest in the world;
- Egea, a prominent Italian multi-utilities company;
- APRO, school and agency in charge for training, orientation and job services.
Born on 4th April 1972 in Turin, he graduated with a degree in Economics at the Cattolica University in Milan.
